Refund after you leave EU

You want a fast refund(normally next business day)

• Customs stamp – 3 months from the purchase date
• Refund to any bank card or in cash at an airport

• Customs stamp – 21 days from the purchase date (15 days for Union pay)
• Refund to your credit card only

In store:

1. Get a receipt
2. Get a tax refund form with at least these data filled in:
   - Country of residence,
   - Receipt number,
   - Sales person signature.
3. Get a Global Blue paid postage envelope

4. Get a Global Blue paid postage envelope

At an airport before baggage drop-off:

(within 3 months)

(within 21 days, or 15 days for Union Pay)

1. Make sure the tax refund form fully completed (email, name, address etc.)
2. Get the tax refund form stamped by a customs officer. You may be asked to present the goods.
3. Put the stamped (*) form and the (*) invoice into a Global Blue envelope and put it into any regular postbox (no stamps needed) or a Global Blue postbox located near the Customs desk at an airport.
